Chris_damon from the Snootysims.com forums got an interesting invite from EA. It allows them to make some CC for the Sims 3, at the EA studios in redwood city C.A. (I visited there over the summer, and it is quite a neat complex) All expenses paid by EA, Airfare for yourself, and if you are under 18, a legal guardian can come aswell.
